Shop Terms and Conditions

Prices: All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Packaging: All purchased items will be carefully package in materials to protect from weather and damage.

 

Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) and Other Taxes: Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.

 

Delivery: 1 to 5 days within Australia.  7 to 10 days for overseas (allow up to 21 days or more for remote locations or during busy delivery periods such as Christmas or during COVID). The delivery times are indicative only and Achieve Beyond (Trading as Cheer Chick Charlie) will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

 

Postage: Delivery of your purchases will be made by Australia Post.  Achieve Beyond (Trading as Cheer Chick Charlie) will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products but all risk in the products will pass to you upon the delivery of the products to Australia Post. You should consider whether to purchase the postage insurance option. Damaged goods claims for all registered packages will be handled directly by the purchaser to Australia Post.

 

Refunds: Credits or refunds may be provided for faulty goods once the item is returned to us within 30 days.   You must send us an email via the contacts tab to alert us to the issue.  Achieve Beyond (Trading as Cheer Chick Charlie) will endeavor to provide credits or refunds as soon as possible.
