Charlie's planning the birthday party to end all birthday parties. The only thing is, the reality isn't quite in line with her vision. Her dream party is too expensive, rainbow zebras are hard to come by and her best friend has stopped talking to her. Add to that the biggest storm in the history of the world and her dream birthday looks set to float away.As Charlie adjusts her vision she learns that sometimes the best fun comes simply from having good friends and when things are less than perfect. She also discovers that it's not always the celebration that creates happiness. Sometimes its your happiness that creates the celebration.
